Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorates (EMJDs)

Erasmus Mundus programme offers full scholarships for enrolling one of more than twenty joint doctorates which take place at two or more different higher education institutions from all across Europe.

Description

Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorates are interdisciplinary programmes which foster collaboration and joint work of the higher education institutions in Europe. Study takes place at two or more different HE institutions from different countries and at the end of the studies, a joint or double/multiple degree is awarded.

Students apply directly to the consortium of the concrete programme online, via website of the programme. The list contains a short description of the programme, contact information and the programme website where all the relevant information could be found. Each programme has its application deadline, but roughly speaking, most deadlines are set between October and January, with the study period beginning the next academic year.
